Stock systems can be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Custom systems are built to your exact individual specifications, so they are final sale.
How long does a custom hair system take?
Made-to-order custom systems take 8–10 weeks because every single strand of hair is hand-ventilated and knotted onto the base. Need hair sooner? Stock systems ship in 2–3 days.
Do hair systems look natural up close?
Yes — when the base and hairline are matched properly. Ultra-thin 0.03mm–0.06mm skin reads directly as scalp, and Swiss lace disappears against the skin with bleached knots.
Do I need a stylist to fit a hair system?
For your first cut-in, we strongly recommend having a professional stylist who specialises in hair systems cut and blend the unit into your natural hair. We partner with 40+ salons across the country.
How long does a hair system last?
Lifespan depends on base construction, wear pattern, and care. Expect 12–16 weeks of daily wear from an ultra-thin skin base, and 4–6 months from durable lace or monofilament bases with proper care.
